Teaching & Scholarship
Presently teaching classes in the fields of health care Law, criminal law, and criminal procedure, but interested in expanding range to include, among others, professional responsibility, insurance Law, and property.
Past research published in the fields of health care law, food and drug law, property law, family law, professional responsibility, rhetorical theory, and American political history. Currently investigating the legality and prudence of recent Executive and Congressional efforts to federalize the military enforcement of infectious-disease quarantines.
